Venue hire terms worth checking

Restaurants and hotels on this list describe their rooms and stated occasions, but a listed occasion is not an automatic booking. Ask each place what private hire includes: minimum spend, menu or buffet, service, and whether the room is closed to other guests. Accessibility is worth confirming too, since several venues state wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance and toilet.
