Birthday party venues in Dunaújváros

Riverside fish restaurant, family kitchen, hotel and event spaces

Dunagyöngye Halászcsárda on Szigeti út 2, on the Szalki-sziget near the Danube, is a traditional Hungarian fish restaurant open since 2 August 1956. Its filleted fisherman's soup follows Paczolay Benő's recipe, and the large and small rooms can be booked together. Juharos Étterem at Hunyadi János u. 4/1 is a family-style kitchen serving home-style dishes, with larger rooms for bigger parties and separate smaller rooms for private occasions; guests sit together in one space.

Club Hotel Plc. ( SK 이반차 한국 호텔 하나로 ) at Építők útja 2 has 50 rooms for up to 110 guests, a restaurant, a wine cellar and a game room, and its Házi Sárkány Restaurant hosts family and business events for up to 80 people. Innopark Kht. at Magyar út 106 rents conference and workshop rooms for 20 to 100 people with projection and internet. Drift kocka and Ambrózia Fesztivál Park are event venues in Dunaújváros; the latter is still under development.

Seats, rooms and what to settle with the venue

Start with the number of guests, because it decides the room. A group of twenty fits a separate smaller room, while a larger party needs the big room or a combination of spaces; Juharos Étterem seats guests together in one space rather than splitting them across rooms. Ask how the tables will be arranged and whether the room stays yours for the whole evening.

For a birthday built around a meal, confirm the menu and the kitchen timing for the event, and ask what the venue charges for a private room. If the plan includes an overnight stay, Club Hotel Plc. ( SK 이반차 한국 호텔 하나로 ) is the option with rooms on site. Drift kocka and Ambrózia Fesztivál Park publish no stated event types or capacity, so settle private hire, layout and technical needs with them first.

What to confirm with the venue

The listings describe what each place is and which occasions it names itself; a restaurant menu or a public event does not by itself mean a private birthday can be booked. Confirm private hire, the room, the menu and the technical setup with the venue you choose.

Accessibility and parking

Dunagyöngye Halászcsárda, Juharos Étterem and Club Hotel Plc. ( SK 이반차 한국 호텔 하나로 ) all list wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance, seating and toilet; the hotel also offers free parking. Drift kocka and Ambrózia Fesztivál Park list wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. Ask which entrance your group should use.
