Vendel Konferenciaközpont on Vendel utca works in the green-belt part of Ferencváros, with naturally lit rooms and a terrace, and offers conference and restaurant services together.
Scale, catering and technology to check
Lurdy Conference and Event Center on Könyves Kálmán körút states close to 4000 square metres for conferences and events, with capacity for 50 to 1000 guests, and names conferences among the occasions it hosts. It states full event service, including exhibition space, lecture and conference rooms, catering and rentable event technology. Vendel says it suits training sessions and conferences. Which District IX venue states the largest capacity?
Lurdy Conference and Event Center states capacity for 50 to 1000 guests across close to 4000 square metres. The other venues do not publish figures in their descriptions, so their room sizes need confirming with the teams.
Can a conference be combined with catering on site?
Lurdy states catering as part of its event service, and Vendel offers conference and restaurant services in one place. Rombusz is a restaurant and event venue. For Bálna, catering arrangements should be clarified with the team.
Are the venues accessible?
Bálna, Lurdy and Rombusz list wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance and toilet in various combinations. Vendel's description does not state accessibility features, so that is worth asking about.
