Wedding reception venues in Székesfehérvár

Rooms, catering and accessibility in practice

Match the room to the guest list before anything else. Kertész Csárda separates an 80-seat room from a 300-seat hall, Kiskakas Vendéglő has a separate room and a gallery, and Arpad bath's room seats 70 at 10 tables of six, extendable if needed. Ask which space is yours for the evening and what furniture is included.

Catering is not uniform: the restaurants run their own kitchens, the hotel offers buffets and cocktail receptions, and the bath arranges lunch from a nearby restaurant with advance notice. Accessibility is documented at most of these venues, with step-free parking, entrance, seating and toilet; Cinema City lists accessible parking, entrance and toilet. Ask what the hire covers and how drinks are priced.

What the venue type decides

A restaurant with its own kitchen keeps catering and the room in one hand, which simplifies the evening. A hotel adds accommodation and technical support, useful when guests travel. The spa room and the cinema are rooms rather than catering houses, so the menu and the serving staff need a separate arrangement. Decide which of these fits the celebration before comparing anything else.

Questions to settle with the venue

Ask what the room hire includes: furniture, sound and projection, and whether the space is exclusive for the evening. Clarify who provides the food and drink, whether a set menu or buffet is possible, and how the price is calculated. For a ceremony, check whether the room can be arranged accordingly. Confirm accessibility for the specific room, not only the building, and note that a public event or a restaurant menu alone does not prove private hire.
