Mátra forest or open country: three settings
Oxygen Adrenalin Park occupies the southern slopes of the Mátra at Sástó-Kőbánya, with a high ropes course, forest mazes, giant swings, paintball and archery. It states that it hosts outdoor corporate events such as team building, team-building training and family days, along with school trips and children's birthday parties. The car park, entrance and toilet are marked as wheelchair-accessible.
Gorilla Aréna Theme Park in Kerecsend presents itself as an experience park with grilling and bogrács cooking, and it can be rented as a closed-group event venue. Its own descriptions list 40 obstacle courses, a 92-metre suspension bridge, a 393-metre slide and a climbing wall. Füzesabony Városi Lövészklub - Lőtér, on the outskirts of Füzesabony, runs skeet, trap, tower shooting and a small-bore range, and lists team building among its occasions.
Group logistics for a day outdoors
Match the programme to who is coming. A park with obstacle courses and a suspension bridge suits active groups, while a shooting range calls for a different kind of attention and instruction. Ask which activities are available for your group size and how the day is divided between stations.
Weather decides much of an outdoor day, so agree in advance what happens if the programme cannot run as planned. Confirm private hire, catering and grilling arrangements, and how accessibility applies to the specific areas your group will use. One clear point to settle with each venue: the conditions of group booking and hire.
