Event hotels in Kecskemét

Conference floors, garden venues and a go-kart track

Aranyhomok Business Wellness Hotel stands on Kossuth tér and states that it organises conferences, meetings and workshops, with a separate event level and rooms arranged in different ways. Granada Konferencia, Wellness és Sport Hotel sits on Harmónia utca in a quiet, wooded suburban setting; its rooms take smaller meetings or conferences for up to 200 people, and it lists a pool, spa, tennis court and bowling alley.

For a different programme, Gokart Hotel & Restaurant on Szent László krt. runs a go-kart track, bar and restaurant beside its event space and names corporate events among its occasions. Juniperus Park Hotel on Mártírok útja states receptions, balls, banquets, press conferences, product shows, training courses and weddings among the events it hosts.

Bajor Étterem és Vendégház on Szent László krt. is a guest house with a restaurant and a landscaped garden of close to 5000 m2, and it mentions events of up to 50 people in a separate room, corporate training, weddings and receptions. Szőlőfürt Fogadó on Szent István krt. organises family and corporate events.

Matching the room to the programme

Start with the format. A conference for up to 200 people points to Granada, a separate event level to Aranyhomok, and an informal company day with a track to Gokart Hotel. For a ceremony and reception in a garden, Bajor Étterem és Vendégház is the one that states both, with a separate room for up to 50 people.

Ask each venue what the quoted space includes: catering, technical equipment, the arrangement of tables and any overnight rooms for guests. Where a house describes itself mainly as a restaurant or guest house, confirm that the date and the size of the group fall within what it takes on for private hire.

Accommodation and access

Several houses list free parking and free Wi-Fi, which matters when guests arrive by car and the programme runs late. Aranyhomok and Granada both add a pool, and Granada a spa and sauna, so accompanying family members have something to do during sessions.

Szőlőfürt Fogadó is pet-friendly, and its rooms have air conditioning and a bathroom. For multi-day events, ask how many rooms the venue can hold for the group and whether breakfast is included in the arrangement.

What to confirm with the venue

The listings describe what each house is and which occasions it names itself. Private hire, the exact capacity of a given room and the terms of catering are not fixed by that, so settle them in writing with the venue before the date is announced.
