Event hotels in Kőszeg

Matching the house to the occasion

Group sizes differ sharply here. Alpokalja Panzió Étterem Kft. on Szombathelyi út combines a restaurant, a banquet hall and a 25-room guest house, states corporate events among the occasions it serves, and lists wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance, seating and toilet. Ciklámen Üdülő és Turistaszálló on Ciklámen tér 1, in the Szabóhegy park area, presents itself as a setting for forest school programmes, class trips, camps and class reunions.

For anything beyond a simple meal, confirm in writing what the venue provides: the room, the menu or buffet, the number of guests it will take, and whether the space is hired privately. Ask the same of a restaurant's separate room as of a hotel's conference room.

Accommodation attached to the event

Several of these houses let a meeting and the overnight stay be arranged in one place, which matters when guests arrive from elsewhere. Harangtorony Szálló, Hotel Írottkő, Arany Strucc and Alpokalja all combine rooms with dining or meeting space. Ask how the rooms are held for a group and what the venue needs to confirm a date.
