Hen do venues in Hajdú-Bihar County

Matching the group to the space

Start with the headcount, because it decides the room more than the atmosphere does. A group of twenty fits the smallest room at Csinibaba kultkert, while a larger party can ask Station bowling about the billiard room and about the projector and wifi available on request. Groups that want to eat properly should look at the restaurants, where the kitchen and the bar are in one place.

Ask what the price includes and whether the room comes with a minimum spend, and check accessibility if anyone in the group needs it. Rózsás Csárda and Malom Étterem both mark wheelchair-accessible entrances and toilets, and Nagyerdei Víztorony has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, seating and toilet. Nagyerdei Víztorony is listed as an event venue with concerts among its events, so confirm private hire separately.

What to settle with the venue

Confirm in writing whether the room is yours exclusively for the whole event, what time you can arrive to decorate, and how the food and drink are handled. At a bar such as Drazsé Bár the question is what the rented room includes; at a restaurant it is the menu and the seating. One clear sentence from the venue on private hire is worth more than a long list of options.
